We had the pleasure of working with Hala Kabboul at Lisa Fayle team for the purchase of our new house. Hala was very professional and supportive and did a very good job in making the purchase process very smooth and efficient for us. She was always available for any questions or concerns we had and tried her level best to accommodate us to the best of her abilities. After an unsuccessful attempt in the fall with another realtor we were hesitant to begin the process of selling our house again.  We had planned to meet with a few realtors before listing but when we met Mark we knew that he was the one to assist us with the sale of our home. Mark was able to get our house on the market quickly with the help of his inside support Sandra, stager Mena, and photographer Pasquele.  In less than 2 weeks our house sold over asking.  We were pleased with Mark's negotiation skills and his communication with us throughout the selling process.  We would highly recommend Mark as he was professional and personable. We were buying our first house together as a young couple and were so fortunate to have worked with Mark from the Lisa Fayle team. He listened to our needs, did not push us into any direction we were uncomfortable with and was very informative for two people just entering the housing market. Very easy to talk to and he will give you an honest, unbiased opinion. He definitely went above and beyond to fit us into his schedule for visits, and there were many. Communication was always quick even when we messaged him into the late hours of the night or early morning. Very personable and can't say enough positive things about him. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Mark. He has been the most supportive and helpful person throughout our entire experience buying a house. My boyfriend and I just purchased our first home together, so it took us a while to navigate what we wanted. We probably saw 40 houses in the span of 3 months.. Mark was always patient with us and we never felt pressured to make decisions. He made time for us consistently, even when we gave him little notice. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and we always left feeling like he was giving us his honest and unbiased opinion.
