I recently decided to pull up stakes , after many years, and to downsize. While bouncing from open house to open house, I met Dianna Rocco (from the Lisa Fayle Team) at an open house in my neighborhood. I found Dianna to be attentive to my questions with strong insight into current market conditions. While we talked I never felt rushed, or pressured - I was impressed enough to take her business card before leaving and tuck it away.
Queue last weekend.  My wife and I located a property that was hours away from offer presentations. I contacted Dianna, out of the blue, and asked her if she could get my wife and I in for a quick peak at the property. Her response was instant: “ absolutely “.
To make a long story short,  Dianna ended up preparing an offer, beating back three competing bidders, and securing the house of our dreams. Dianna was able to navigate some tricky terms AND prevented me from overbidding (something I would have done without her guidance). Not bad for a Sunday afternoon!

After an unsuccessful attempt in the fall with another realtor we were hesitant to begin the process of selling our house again.  We had planned to meet with a few realtors before listing but when we met Mark we knew that he was the one to assist us with the sale of our home.
